Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of chocolate do we use?

We use premium Belgian chocolate as the base for all of our creations. Its smooth texture and rich flavor are essential to the quality of our bonbons and confections.

Are our chocolates handmade?

Yes! Every bonbon is hand-painted, filled, and finished in small batches—crafted with care and attention to detail, never automated.

How should I store and enjoy my chocolates?

Keep chocolates in a cool, dry place (65–70°F), away from sunlight and humidity. They’re best enjoyed at room temperature. If refrigeration is necessary, place them in an airtight container and let them return to room temp before enjoying. For best flavor, we recommend enjoying within7 days.

Why does my chocolate look dusty or streaky?

That’s called chocolate bloom, a harmless effect of temperature changes during storage or shipping. While it may alter appearance, it doesn’t affect flavor or quality.

Do our chocolates contain allergens?

Many of our chocolates include dairy, nuts, or other allergens. While some items are gluten-friendly, all products are made in a shared facility, so we cannot guarantee they are free from cross-contact.
