Shipping policy

Shipping rates include complimentary ice packs and insulated packaging when shipping to warm-weather locations. We charge based on region, not weight or order size, to keep pricing simple and fair. Rates vary throughout the year due to temperature and distance and currently range between $12 and $35 per order. You’ll see the exact cost at checkout once you enter your shipping address.

We go the extra mile to protect your chocolate! During warmer months (or when shipping to areas above 75°F), all orders are shipped with ice packs and insulation shipping. To help keep your chocolate safe, please ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery. We are not responsible for packages left outside in the heat.

We love surprises but not melted ones! If you're sending a gift, we recommend letting the recipient know it’s on the way so they can bring it inside promptly.

Orders are processed in-house and typically ship within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed Thursday–Sunday generally ship the following week to avoid weekend delays. Need it fast? Reach out and we’ll do our best to help!

We ship via UPS or USPS depending on your location. Please provide a full physical address (no PO Boxes) including apartment numbers if applicable. We are not responsible for packages delayed or returned due to incorrect addresses.

At this time, we only ship within the contiguous 48 U.S. states due to the perishable nature of our products.
